Since Sigmundur Ernir Runarsson stumbled drunk into the podium of Althingi, DV.is has been trying to get his answers regarding revelant issues such as:
- Why was he at a golf tournament and a cocktail party hosted by a bank?
- Did he pay anything to attend?
- Did he ask for reimbursement for travel and accomodation to his own hometown Akureyri to Althingi?
etc.
But to no avail.
The man who claimed he was finally free from the oppression of capitalists (assumingly the owners of Channel 2 where he worked as an anchor and TV host for years) got himself elected into parliament saying it needed a breath of fresh air.
Sigmundur’s silent treatment of DV is hardly fresh. It just stinks.
